Alderton Ham Half Boneless 1x 2.3Kg PACK

Alderton Ham Boneless

The famous Alderton Ham is a succulently sweet ham, steamed and baked with a traditional Marmalade glaze to a secret recipe.

The Alderton Ham was first created by Colonel Dickenson, a retired officer of the Royal Ulster Rifles, in the village of Alderton. And this is why it has the name Alderton. His recipe for this deliciously moist and succulently sweet ham has been passed down through the generations but never altered and has always been kept secret.

The ham is still made today as Colonel Dickenson originally created the recipe. It is steamed and then baked with a Marmalade glaze to the secret recipe created by the colonel. It is this that makes the Alderton Ham a firm favourite with discerning ham lovers across the country.

The product is delivered to you frozen and vacuum packed with a storage life of at least 9 months.

The minimum weight of the ham is 2.3Kg.

Very pleased with first purchase May 16, 2017
Reviewer: Mark Haythorne from Harrogate, North Yorkshire United Kingdom
This was my first purchase from this company, and the ordering process and customer service were excellent. I tried the ham today and having done a number of different types of glazed hams myself in the past, the found that the quality of the ham itself is paramount, and this one was certainly top notch. The vacuum packing made it sweat slightly, but this is to be expected and acknowledged for the sake of maintaining freshness.
Will order again without hesitation and recommend thegoodgrubpeople highly. Not cheap by any means, but quality costs, and you get what you pay for.
